The beds were and then comfortable, ive never slept so good in years, very make clean rooms and foyer, and the staff was very friendly and helpful

I love the staff and the cleaniness of the hotel. The staff was so kind and respectful. Each time I go to Memphis I stay at this hotel and information technology has Non disappointed me nonetheless! And the location is groovy. You have access to all the fun. Beale Street is inside walking altitude from the hotel.

Hotel was in a good location downtown. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and our room had problems!!! Nosotros got no sleep. The air conditioner was so loud it woke u.s. upward every fourth dimension it came on. To top information technology all off, one time we finally got to sleep, the alarm on the hotel clock started going off starting at 430 am. every time we idea nosotros had information technology turned off it went off once again. Finally we plant where to unplug it. Terrible. I did see a couple bugs in the hallway. When I complained the hotel was but willing to give me $47 off of an over $200 one nighttime charge. Will never stay here again.
